This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee and interpret updates related to national healthcare quality metrics, accreditation criteria, performance indicators, and industry-leading practices.
• Monitor proposed and finalized alterations to quality reporting initiatives, including additions, retirements, modifications, and specifications of measures.
• Evaluate measure logic, exclusions, risk adjustment methodologies, and reporting obligations.
• Investigate and convey regulatory changes that affect healthcare organizations.
• Offer compliance guidance to both internal teams and clients.
• Assist in the creation and upkeep of regulatory resources, content, and tools.
• Engage in product enhancement projects to ensure alignment with regulations.
• Create and validate sample policies for ActionCue Policy Manager to ensure accuracy and adherence to current regulatory language and accreditation criteria.
• Act as a subject matter expert on quality, risk management, patient safety, and practices for performance improvement.
• Lead client onboarding, implementation, and training sessions.
• Conduct workflow assessments and provide recommendations based on best practices.
• Design and present client training materials and educational resources.
• Assist in customer adoption, optimization, and problem resolution.
• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance implementation processes and improve customer outcomes.
• Identify potential areas for workflow enhancement and product improvement.
• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare, Nursing, Healthcare Administration, Quality, or a related discipline.
• 3–5 years of experience in healthcare quality, compliance, accreditation, risk management, implementation, or consulting.
• Familiarity with healthcare regulations and accreditation standards.
• Excellent communication, presentation, training, and organizational abilities.
• Capability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
• Preferred: Clinical licensure or healthcare certification.
• Preferred: CPHQ, CPHRM, or a similar certification.
• Preferred: Experience in implementing healthcare software solutions.
