Inbound Outbound Queue Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.

📋 Description

• Assist in the thorough coordination of medical services, encompassing Care Team intake, screening, and the execution of care plans.

• Advocate for the quality and efficiency of healthcare services.

• Adhere to established policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.

• Ensure precise and thorough documentation for risk management, regulatory, and accreditation purposes.

• Safeguard member confidentiality.

• Conduct the initial assessment and triage of care team tasks along with continuous management of Care Plan Review tasks.

• Aid in the development, execution, and follow-up of care plans.

• Foster internal and external communication with providers and healthcare team members.

• Input and manage member records in the electronic health record system.

• Generate reports and finalize program documentation, including progress notes and letters.

• Carry out non-medical research, such as eligibility, COB, and benefits verification.

• Liaise with Aetna internal teams regarding member transitions.

• Must be a resident of Ohio.

• Strong communication and organizational abilities.

• Capability to handle multiple priorities and adapt to changes effectively.

• Excellent customer service skills.

• Attention to detail with the ability to complete necessary documentation promptly.

• Ability to work autonomously and meet deadlines and deliverables.

• Proficiency in computer applications, including Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel.

• Experience in data entry and documentation within member records.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• High School diploma, G.E.D., or equivalent.

• A minimum of 2 years of healthcare experience is preferred.

• Familiarity with fundamental behavioral medical terminology and care management concepts is preferred.
