Registered Nurse – Virtual Care, Part-Time

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Create detailed Annual Wellness Visit charts to enhance provider efficiency and ensure CMS compliance.

• Conduct virtual patient appointments through Zoom.

• Review and summarize patients' medical, surgical, and family histories.

• Examine medication lists and document patient adherence.

• Assess preventive screenings and immunizations.

• Perform cognitive, functional, and depression assessments.

• Identify overdue screenings, risk factors, and care gaps prior to visits.

• Provide concise patient summaries and essential findings to healthcare providers.

• Collaborate with patients to gather missing or clarified information.

• Ensure that documentation complies with Medicare, CMS, and organizational standards.

• Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential records for patients.

• Utilize CT360, RXNT, Zoom, EHR systems, and telehealth platforms effectively.

• Evaluate and promote clinical quality, patient engagement, and satisfaction metrics.

• Follow HIPAA, CMS, and organizational compliance guidelines strictly.

• Engage in professional development and continuous training.

• Exercise independent decision-making, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple responsibilities.

• Carry out additional duties as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• Active, unrestricted RN or LPN/LVN license in a compact state.

• Over 3 years of clinical nursing experience (bedside, Primary Care, Med/Surg, or Home Health).

• Demonstrated experience delivering high-volume patient care in a dynamic virtual or telehealth clinic setting.

• Proficient in using EHR systems and telehealth/teleconferencing tools.

• A dedicated, private home workspace suitable for confidential patient interactions.

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently in a remote setting.

• Reliable internet connection is essential.

• Must use Windows or Apple (macOS) computers; Chromebooks, Linux machines, and smartphones are not acceptable.

• Minimum system requirements include Windows 10 or macOS 14 Sonoma.

• Intel Core i5 or equivalent AMD processor for Windows; Apple Silicon required for Macs.

• 16 GB of RAM is necessary.

• Wired headphones are required; built-in microphones are not allowed.

• Internet speed must be at least 100 Mbps download and 50 Mbps upload.

• An Ethernet cable must connect the computer directly to the router.

• Google Chrome should be used with Amazon Workspaces.

• A webcam is necessary for video calls.
