Registered Nurse – Virtual Care

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Prepare detailed Annual Wellness Visit charts to enhance provider efficiency and ensure compliance with CMS regulations.

• Conduct face-to-face virtual consultations with patients through Zoom.

• Review and summarize patients' medical, surgical, and family histories.

• Examine medication lists and document adherence levels.

• Assess preventive screenings and immunizations.

• Complete evaluations for cognitive, functional, and depression-related factors.

• Identify overdue screenings, risk factors, and gaps in care prior to visits.

• Communicate clear patient summaries and essential findings to healthcare providers.

• Collaborate with patients to gather any missing or clarified information.

• Ensure documentation aligns with Medicare, CMS, and organizational standards.

• Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential patient records.

• Utilize CT360, RXNT, Zoom, EHR systems, and telehealth platforms effectively.

• Measure and enhance clinical quality, patient engagement, and satisfaction metrics.

• Comply with HIPAA, CMS, and organizational regulations.

• Engage in professional development and continuous training.

• Exercise independent decision-making, prioritization, and multitasking skills.

• Perform additional duties as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• Active, unrestricted RN or LPN/LVN license in a compact state.

• Minimum of 3 years of clinical nursing experience (bedside, Primary Care, Med/Surg, or Home Health).

• Demonstrated experience in delivering high-volume patient care in a dynamic virtual or telehealth clinic setting.

• Proficient in using EHR systems and telehealth/teleconferencing platforms.

• A dedicated, private home workspace suitable for handling confidential patient interactions.

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.

• Employees must complete all work physically within the United States; international work is prohibited during scheduled hours.

• Compatible with Windows or Apple (macOS) computers only; Chromebooks, Linux devices, or smartphones are not accepted.

• Minimum system requirements: Windows 10 or macOS 14 Sonoma.

• Required processor: Intel Core i5 or AMD equivalent for Windows, or Apple Silicon for Macs.

• At least 16 GB of RAM.

• Wired headphones are mandatory; built-in microphones will not be accepted.

• Minimum internet speed of 100 Mbps download and 50 Mbps upload.

• An Ethernet cable must connect the computer directly to the router.

• Google Chrome is required alongside Amazon Workspaces.

• A webcam is necessary for video calls.

• Preferred: Experience with Medicare Annual Wellness Visits (AWVs).

• Preferred: Familiarity with CMS documentation and preventive care guidelines.

• Preferred: Experience with various virtual care programs and platforms.
