Registered Nurse – Telehealth, Mental Health

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.

📋 Description

• Evaluate and screen individuals joining the service.

• Perform clinical reviews and check-ins through telehealth.

• Carry out clinical assessments and risk evaluations.

• Address clinical escalations from the Customer Care team.

• Recognize when further review or escalation is necessary.

• Collaborate closely with General Practitioners and psychiatrists.

• Clearly document assessments and keep the broader care team updated.

• Deliver ongoing adult ADHD care via Kantoko’s telehealth platform.

• Contribute to the enhancement of clinical processes and telehealth software through feedback.

⛳️ Requirements

• Valid AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.

• Minimum of three years of postgraduate clinical experience.

• Experience in critical care and/or mental health nursing.

• Background in emergency nursing, psychiatric nursing, or mental health triage.

• Strong skills in clinical assessment, patient triage, and risk evaluation.

• Ability to make decisions confidently and work independently in a remote clinical setting.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Availability to work three to four weekdays each week.

• Experience in ADHD care or telehealth is beneficial but not mandatory.

• Genuine interest in mental health and a willingness to learn.

• Comfortable collaborating as part of a multidisciplinary team.
