Registered Nurse – Telehealth, Mental Health

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.

📋 Description

• Screen and assess individuals who are joining the service.

• Conduct clinical evaluations and follow-ups using telehealth.

• Carry out clinical assessments and risk evaluations.

• Address clinical escalations raised by the Customer Care team.

• Recognize when a patient requires additional review or escalation.

• Collaborate closely with general practitioners and psychiatrists.

• Accurately document assessments and ensure the broader care team is updated.

• Contribute to enhancing clinical processes and telehealth software through constructive feedback.

⛳️ Requirements

• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.

• Minimum of three years of postgraduate clinical experience.

• Experience in critical care and/or mental health nursing.

• Background in emergency nursing, psychiatric nursing, or mental health triage.

• Strong skills in clinical assessment, patient triage, and risk evaluation.

• Ability to make independent decisions confidently in a remote clinical environment.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Availability to work three to four weekdays each week.

• Interest in mental health and a desire to learn.

• Comfort working within a multidisciplinary team.

• Experience with ADHD care or telehealth is advantageous but not mandatory.
