Registered Nurse Scientist, Nursing – Health Sciences Research

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Oversee the establishment and coordination of the clinical research program at the designated facility

• Improve the application of evidence to enhance quality patient care

• Aid in the professional growth of personnel

• Offer direction for the development of nursing and inter-professional research initiatives

• Supervise the implementation of research deliverables

• Guide the research team in achieving its research objectives and goals

⛳️ Requirements

• Master's degree in Nursing (MSN)

• Valid Registered Nurse license/certification

• Certification in the Collaboration Institute Training Initiative

• Commitment to enroll in an accredited Nursing PhD program within two years of employment; PhD preferred

• At least three years of experience in academic or clinical research

• Extensive clinical background

• Proficient relationship management abilities and capacity to foster successful collaborations across various programs and multidisciplinary teams

• Excellent verbal, written, presentation, scientific, and technical communication skills

• In-depth understanding of research regulations and Institutional Review Boards

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, statistical analysis software, and qualitative data management tools

• Strong analytical abilities

• Capacity to multitask effectively while maintaining a high degree of flexibility

• Willingness and capability to travel domestically and internationally
