Registered Nurse – Home Aged Care

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.

📋 Description

• Provide comprehensive clinical and personal care to elderly clients in their residences.

• Deliver care customized to meet the distinct needs of each client.

• Create personalized care plans using clinical expertise.

• Administer wound care as needed.

• Assist clients with medical devices, including catheters and continence aids.

• Provide social and emotional support to clients.

• Travel between client locations throughout South West Sydney.

• Ensure that clients' care requirements are met with compassion and professionalism.

⛳️ Requirements

• Ideally, experience in Aged Care or Community Home Care.

• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.

• Registered Nurse Qualification with active AHPRA registration.

• First Aid (HLTAID011) certification completed and valid.

• Basic Emergency Life Support (HLTAID010) certification completed and valid.

• Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (HLTAID009) certification completed and valid.

• Current COVID vaccinations and Flu vaccine, or willingness to obtain them.

• Valid driver's license.

• Access to a dependable vehicle with comprehensive insurance.

• Willingness to travel between appointments.

• National Police Clearance or readiness to obtain one.
