This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Evaluate intake assessments, which include medical history, dietary practices, laboratory findings, and additional relevant information.
β’ Facilitate diet and lifestyle counseling and educational sessions through video conferencing.
β’ Provide general advice on movement, sleep, or stress management in relation to nutritional care.
β’ Utilize Allara's nutrition training and educational resources while customizing care to meet patient needs.
β’ Employ motivational interviewing and behavior-change strategies throughout the continuity of care.
β’ Collaborate with APRNs and MDs who are part of the patientsβ medical management team.
β’ Keep accurate and up-to-date records for all patients.
β’ Commit to a minimum of 10 patient-facing hours weekly, in addition to administrative responsibilities.
β’ Handle charting and administrative duties.
β’ Respond to patient inquiries and manage administrative tasks and messages promptly.
β’ Must be a Registered Dietitian with a current certification from the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR).
β’ Hold an active, unrestricted, and unencumbered state license to practice as a Registered Dietitian in at least one U.S. state.
β’ A minimum of 1 year of experience in treating patients with complex womenβs health issues is highly preferred.
β’ Capability to operate as an independent provider with strong diagnostic judgment and critical thinking abilities.
β’ Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with an emphasis on compassion and clarity.
β’ Ability to establish trust and rapport with patients in a virtual environment.
β’ Commitment to evidence-based care grounded in current clinical research.
β’ Proficient in using EMR systems, text expanders, Gmail, Google Calendar, Zoom, and scheduling tools.
β’ Previous experience with telehealth is advantageous.
β’ Willingness to commit to at least 80% of weekly contracted hours during designated evenings, Fridays, and/or weekends.
β’ Ability to work hours aligned with the time zone of active state licenses.
β’ Must provide two professional references from the last five years.
β’ 1099 independent contractor arrangement offering flexibility and autonomy.
β’ Compensation per visit along with additional remuneration for charting, administrative responsibilities, and other patient-related tasks.
β’ 1099 Longevity Recognition Bonus.
