Registered Dietitian

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Evaluate intake assessments, which include medical history, dietary habits, laboratory results, and additional relevant information.

• Facilitate diet and lifestyle counseling and educational sessions through video conferencing.

• Provide general advice on movement, sleep, or stress management as necessary and in relation to nutrition care.

• Utilize Allara’s nutrition training and educational resources while tailoring care to meet patient requirements.

• Employ motivational interviewing and behavior change strategies throughout the continuity of care.

• Collaborate with APRNs and MDs involved in the medical management of patients.

• Keep accurate and current patient records.

• Commit to a minimum of 10 patient-facing hours weekly alongside administrative responsibilities.

• Complete charting and respond to patient inquiries.

• Attend to administrative tasks and communications promptly.

⛳️ Requirements

• Registered Dietitian with a current certification from the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR).

• A minimum of 1 year of experience working with patients facing complex women’s health conditions (highly preferred).

• Demonstrated ability to operate as an independent provider with strong diagnostic judgment and critical thinking capabilities.

• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on compassion and clarity.

• Capacity to establish trust and rapport with patients in a virtual environment.

• Dedication to evidence-based care grounded in contemporary clinical research.

• Proficient in using EMR systems, text expanders, Gmail, Google Calendar, Zoom, and scheduling applications.

• Previous experience in telehealth is advantageous.

• Active, unrestricted, and unencumbered state license to practice as a Registered Dietitian in at least one U.S. state.

• Minimum of 10 patient-facing hours per week in addition to administrative duties.
