Registered Clinical Social Work Intern, Spanish Speaking

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Offer outpatient services via Brave Health's telehealth initiative.

• Provide mental health treatment to individuals of all ages.

• Maintain approximately 30 client care hours weekly, averaging six clients daily.

• Facilitate individual psychotherapy sessions.

• Assist patients dealing with substance abuse and addiction issues.

• Support individuals with chronic severe mental health conditions, including schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, and schizoaffective disorder.

• Create treatment plans and conduct thorough assessments.

• Collaborate with clients to help them reach their objectives.

• Utilize telehealth software, video communication tools, and internal communication platforms.

• Engage in the application process through a post-application questionnaire and discussions with recruiters.

⛳️ Requirements

• Master's degree and relevant licensure.

• Unrestricted eligibility to work in the U.S. without employer sponsorship now or in the future.

• Private workspace at home that meets patient safety and HIPAA standards.

• Proficient in English.

• Spanish language skills preferred; proficiency in additional languages is an advantage.

• Understanding of mental health and/or substance abuse diagnoses.

• Skills in treatment planning.

• Comfortable with telehealth software, video communication, and internal communication tools.

• Experience in collaborating with clients to achieve their goals.

• Capability to conduct comprehensive assessments.

• Ability to fulfill 30 client care hours weekly.

• Experience working with patients diagnosed with substance abuse and addiction disorders.

• Experience supporting patients with chronic severe mental illnesses, such as schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, or schizoaffective disorder.

• Full-time psychotherapy experience, defined as 20 or more client-facing hours per week.

• Current or pending Associate Therapist/Registered Intern licensure or equivalent licensure credentials.
