This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Wisconsin.
β’ Provide tailored service to clients and field partners within a registered call center setting.
β’ Assist in Advanced Market Operations by handling Universal Life, Variable Universal Life, and other advanced product lines.
β’ Address basic, intermediate, and complex inquiries related to policies and investments.
β’ Execute transactions and inform clients and Financial Representatives about servicing options and digital tools.
β’ Investigate intricate issues, determine root causes, and exercise judgment when procedures may need to be adjusted.
β’ Take responsibility for client interactions, foresee future requirements, and minimize repeat calls and unnecessary transfers.
β’ De-escalate difficult situations and assist clients with unique or complex inquiries.
β’ Act as an advocate for Financial Representatives and collaborate to fulfill client needs.
β’ Encourage the use of new technology, digital tools, and self-service features.
β’ Maintain standards of quality, risk mitigation, confidentiality, privacy, and compliance.
β’ Suggest or modify processes to facilitate ongoing improvement and adaptation.
β’ Develop and sustain professional relationships that strengthen client loyalty and enhance Northwestern Mutualβs brand.
β’ Manage phone and transactional duties while adjusting to evolving priorities and customer demands.
β’ Associate degree in business or a related field, or a suitable combination of education and experience.
β’ At least 2 years of experience in customer service.
β’ FINRA Licensing: Series 6 or 7 and Series 63 required.
β’ Familiarity with investment or income-related financial products, including VA, VL, VUL, Retirement, or Business markets.
β’ Basic knowledge of tax implications associated with transactions.
β’ Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
β’ Capability to multitask and handle a high volume of calls/cases with precision.
β’ Strong organizational skills with effective prioritization capabilities.
β’ Proven commitment to continuous learning and skill enhancement.
β’ Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to offer actionable solutions.
β’ Proficient with computer systems, adept keyboarding skills, and familiarity with current software tools.
β’ This role has been designated as a Registered Representative under NMIS guidelines and requires fingerprinting.
