Registered Behavior Technician, RBT/BT – Part-Time

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• Provide ABA therapy in various settings including homes, schools, communities, or clinics

• Instruct on communication, social skills, and daily living competencies

• Execute tailored treatment plans under the guidance of a BCBA

• Accurately gather, organize, and document session data

• Collaborate closely with BCBAs, team members, and families

• Engage in team meetings and continuous training opportunities

• Support with administrative and clinical tasks as required

⛳️ Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification

• Minimum of 6 months relevant experience, including internships or similar roles

• Availability during afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays

• Reliable transportation along with a valid driver’s license and insurance

• Capability to pass background checks, drug screening, and driving record evaluations

• Preferred experience in childcare, education, or related sectors

• Preferred experience working with children or adolescents

• Prior familiarity with ABA services is advantageous

• For Behavior Technicians: completion of a 40-hour paid training program over 2 consecutive weeks, followed by precepting, and passing the RBT exam within 45 days

• For Registered Behavior Technicians: must hold an active certification in good standing

• For RBT: complete 1 week of paid training followed by precepting

• Training availability from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM
