Regional Water Workforce Collaboration Partner – WIL Collaborator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Serve as a representative for a workforce board, EDD, utility consortium, association, or multi-employer partnership.

• Assist in identifying regional hiring needs and training deficiencies for water-related professions.

• Facilitate collaborative structures among multiple partners and establish shared metrics.

• Aid in the documentation of regional partnerships for joint proposals when mutually agreed upon.

• Provide guidance on recruitment and retention innovations that can be adapted across different regions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Affiliated with a workforce board, regional partnership, utility association, public works network, or multi-employer group.

• Proven experience in convening employers and training providers.

• Capability to address a specific geography and partner network.

• Commitment to time-sensitive collaboration.

• Authorized to work with a U.S. nonprofit research organization.

• Existing partnership in the water sector or TAP.

• Data on job vacancies and retirements within the region.

• Previous experience with federal workforce grant partnerships.
