This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
β’ Lead and implement visual merchandising strategies across both retail and wholesale locations in North America.
β’ Ensure consistent brand representation and enhance commercial performance through visual storytelling techniques.
β’ Tailor global visual strategies to meet regional requirements, store layouts, customer traffic patterns, and localized business insights.
β’ Oversee the execution of monthly floorsets, initiatives, tests, window displays, and other visual directives.
β’ Conduct VM calls with field teams to communicate and troubleshoot floorsets, mapping, and VM initiatives.
β’ Prioritize key locations for floorset walkthroughs, leadership visits, and external assessments.
β’ Perform store visits and follow-ups, offering hands-on coaching and visual merchandising training.
β’ Facilitate Zoom/Teams walkthroughs and virtual interactions for remote and opportunity locations.
β’ Manage store photo reviews, summarize progress to NA Retail and GVE teams, and provide constructive feedback.
β’ Evaluate talent, identify high performers and opportunities, and lead VM training sessions and workshops.
β’ Assist in the development and training of the Visual Merchandising Program.
β’ Collaborate with Global Visual Merchandising on seasonal strategies and brand messaging.
β’ Partner with NA Buying and Wholesale to harmonize brand storytelling with commercial objectives.
β’ Take ownership of creative layout planning for seasonal window displays and in-store presentation mapping.
β’ Support promotional and signage communications while resolving any promotional discrepancies.
β’ Aid in art direction and installation of seasonal window displays and animations.
β’ Manage FRSO and validate floor plans for new store openings and relocations.
β’ Conduct visual audits during wholesale and travel retail visits.
β’ Adjust visual guidelines for various wholesale partners and travel retail settings.
β’ Uphold brand integrity through visual weight, product density, color transitions, styling, and display execution.
β’ Travel 40β60% of the time each month throughout the region and manage the travel budget.

β’ Proficiency in leading visual merchandising execution across retail and wholesale locations.
β’ Ability to conduct store visits, visual audits, coaching, and VM training sessions.
β’ Skill in collaborating with Global Visual Merchandising, NA Buying, Wholesale, and store operations.
β’ Competence in planning seasonal windows, in-store presentations, floor plans, signage, and marketing distributions.
β’ Ability to manage FRSO (Fixture & Replenishment Store Orders).
β’ Support for new store openings and relocations.
β’ Oversight of wholesale and travel retail visual merchandising standards.
β’ Ability to work effectively with remote and international/LTAM locations.
