This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +10 more states.
• Formulate and implement strategic account plans to meet annual growth objectives and long-term revenue goals.
• Cultivate and sustain trusted, long-lasting client relationships at various organizational tiers.
• Recognize and create opportunities for cross-functional product and service expansion within designated accounts.
• Partner with internal teams to synchronize sales strategies with company objectives, ensuring operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
• Evaluate market trends, client performance metrics, financial data, and operational information to inform decision-making and business planning.
• Represent the organization at client-hosted events, conferences, and industry gatherings.
• Provide senior-level insights to leadership concerning account strategies, client requirements, and potential risks.
• Establish and nurture executive-level client relationships to promote sustained account growth.
• Lead cross-functional teamwork to deliver client solutions and accomplish business results.
• Travel domestically for client meetings, industry events, and company functions as needed.
• In-depth knowledge of enterprise technology sales and strategic account management practices involving AI.
• Demonstrated capacity to manage complex client relationships and negotiate high-value contracts.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities, including the capability to interpret business data and market trends.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including delivering presentations to senior leadership and client executives.
• Ability to work independently with sound judgment and take accountability for results.
• Proficient in building consensus and fostering alignment across departments and stakeholder groups.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is required.
• A minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in enterprise sales, strategic account management, or business development; or 6 years with a Master’s degree; or equivalent experience.
• Proficiency in utilizing company-approved GenAI tools.
• Capability to audit AI outputs for accuracy, brand consistency, and hallucinations.
• Ability to safeguard proprietary and Personally Identifiable Information (PII) data from unauthorized models.
• Skill in crafting clear, context-rich prompts.
• Capability to work in an office or home office environment and use standard office equipment and computers for extended periods.
• Willingness to travel domestically for client meetings, industry events, and company gatherings.
• Ability to meet deadlines and efficiently manage workload.
