This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Collaborate closely with the marketing team to ensure precise presentation and monitoring, while also maintaining and adjusting pitch decks and associated presentations.
• Distinguish the Wealth Enhancement Group’s services and value proposition to enhance revenue generation.
• Acquire new clients and close deals to boost assets under management.
• Provide education to clients on planning and investment subjects through both individual and group presentations.
• Utilize WEG’s planning framework and model to finalize mid- and high-net-worth cases.
• Assist financial advisory teams in expanding their local presence while upholding client service and retention standards.
• Proactively reach out to and qualify high-net-worth potential clients identified through direct marketing channels.
• Engage with high-net-worth investors to comprehend their financial circumstances and requirements, introducing the benefits of collaborating with a WEG Advisory team.
• Aid in the creation, delivery, execution, and management of intricate financial plans and investment proposals.
• Collaborate with financial advisory teams to ensure continuous client service following closure and transition.
• Over 7 years of experience in business development or sales within the investment management and/or financial advisory sectors.
• Proven capability to cultivate and manage client relationships effectively.
• Preferred experience working with custodians such as Schwab, Fidelity, or Scottrade.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, marketing, or a related discipline.
• Strong expertise in financial advisory and wealth management.
• A solid history of obtaining referrals from personal networks and converting them into new business opportunities.
• Proficient in consultative sales techniques to assess needs, propose solutions, and request actions and next steps.
• Demonstrated experience in strategic planning and selling.
• Willingness to travel independently within the assigned market, up to 50% of the time.
• Familiarity with CRM systems; Salesforce experience is preferred.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, listening, and analytical capabilities.
• Proven skills in time management and organization within high-volume, high-energy settings.
• FINRA Series 65 or 66 certification is required.
• CFP designation is preferred.
• Ability to stand or sit for extended periods, file documents in cabinets of varying heights, utilize a telephone, and operate computer systems.
