
Regional Vice President I, Sales β Southeast

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +1 more state.
β’ Drive substantial new business growth in the region by targeting and securing high-value, enterprise-level opportunities.
β’ Achieve or surpass monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets through an enterprise sales strategy.
β’ Lead strategic selling initiatives with C-suite executives, decision-makers, and key influencers.
β’ Manage the complete sales cycle for large, intricate opportunities and strategic accounts.
β’ Develop and implement regional strategies that position Butterfly as a transformative partner within health systems.
β’ Identify gaps, uncover multi-departmental needs, and shape opportunities that align with organizational priorities.
β’ Cultivate relationships with Key Opinion Leaders and senior executives.
β’ Oversee activity, pipeline, and forecasts through Salesforce in accordance with the established sales process.
β’ Represent Butterfly in high-profile market penetration and digital transformation discussions.
β’ Ensure that sales activities comply with company quality system requirements.
β’ Provide insights on the healthcare landscape and industry trends to customers and internal teams.
β’ Represent the company at industry conferences and trade shows.
β’ Refine the sales playbook and offer leadership insights into market needs and competitive intelligence.
β’ B.A. or B.S. degree in a related field.
β’ Over 5 years of experience in enterprise strategic sales.
β’ Proven track record of closing large, complex deals.
β’ Demonstrated success in selling to health systems, integrated delivery networks (IDNs), and/or large enterprise healthcare organizations.
β’ In-depth understanding of customer and market dynamics in medtech, medical devices, and healthcare IT.
β’ Proven ability to engage, influence, and negotiate with C-suite and senior executive stakeholders.
β’ Exceptional interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
β’ Strong presentation, storytelling, and executive-level communication capabilities.
β’ Excellent strategic thinking, opportunity shaping, and value-based selling skills.
β’ Willingness to travel more than 60% of the time.
β’ Legally authorized to work in the United States.
β’ Must not currently or in the future require sponsorship for employment visa status.
β’ Must comply with company security policies and procedures, securely use company assets, complete necessary security awareness training, protect company data and systems, and report security incidents.
β’ Formal enterprise sales training (e.g., Miller Heiman, Targeted Account Selling, Sandler) β preferred but optional.
β’ Experience in selling both hardware and software solutions to large health systems β preferred but optional.
β’ Proven record of exceeding quotas with the ability to generate $10M+ in annual sales or deal flow β preferred but optional.
β’ Experience in leading cutting-edge commercial strategies, opening new markets, and driving executive-level transformation initiatives β preferred but optional.
