This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +1 more state.
• Drive substantial new business growth within the region by identifying and securing high-value, enterprise-level opportunities.
• Achieve or surpass monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets through a strategic enterprise sales approach.
• Lead strategic selling initiatives at the executive level, engaging C-suite stakeholders, decision-makers, and influencers.
• Manage the complete sales cycle for large, intricate opportunities and strategic accounts.
• Create and implement regional strategies that position Butterfly as a transformative partner across clinical, operational, and financial outcomes.
• Identify untapped opportunities, uncover multi-departmental needs, and shape initiatives that align with organizational priorities.
• Cultivate relationships with Key Opinion Leaders and senior executives to expedite enterprise adoption and enhance partnerships.
• Oversee activity, pipeline, and forecasts through Salesforce in accordance with the established sales process.
• Represent Butterfly in high-profile discussions regarding market penetration and digital transformation.
• Ensure that sales activities comply with company quality system standards.
• Provide insights on the healthcare landscape and industry trends to clients and internal teams.
• Represent the organization at industry conferences and trade shows to bolster market presence and generate leads.
• Refine the sales playbook by recording successful strategies and offering leadership insights on market needs and competitive intelligence.
• Report directly to the SVP of US Sales.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Over 5 years of experience in enterprise strategic sales.
• Proven track record of closing large, complex deals.
• Demonstrated success in selling to health systems, integrated delivery networks (IDNs), and/or large enterprise healthcare organizations.
• In-depth understanding of customer and market dynamics within medtech, medical devices, and healthcare IT.
• Established ability to engage, influence, and negotiate with C-suite and senior executive stakeholders.
• Outstanding interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
• Excellent presentation, storytelling, and executive-level communication skills.
• Strong strategic thinking, opportunity shaping, and value-based selling skills.
• Willingness to travel over 60% of the time.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Must not currently or in the future require sponsorship for employment visa status.
• Must comply with company security policies and procedures, use company assets securely, complete required security awareness training, protect company data and systems, and report suspected or actual security incidents.
• Formal enterprise sales training (e.g., Miller Heiman, Targeted Account Selling, Sandler) is preferred.
• Experience selling both hardware and software solutions to large health systems or complex healthcare organizations is preferred.
• Proven history of exceeding quotas with the ability to generate $10M+ in annual sales or deal flow is preferred.
• Aptitude for navigating complex problems, strategic discovery, and making data-driven recommendations is preferred.
• Experience in leading commercial strategies, opening new markets, and driving executive-level transformation initiatives is preferred.
