Regional Vice President – Franchise Sales

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Iowa.

📋 Description

• Showcase franchise brand offerings through marketing materials and store tours.

• Forward franchise leads to corporate for discovery day tours.

• Cultivate relationships with current franchisees in a designated region.

• Spearhead the growth of franchises, affiliations, and partnership agreements.

• Collaborate with business brokers and consultants.

• Participate in trade shows across the United States with the team.

• Conduct virtual meetings with prospects as needed.

• Report directly to the Chief Development Officer.

• Meet potential franchisees throughout the assigned region.

• Willingness to travel up to 50%.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in business ownership or external transactional sales.

• Strong familiarity with a CRM system.

• Capability to meet goals and surpass expectations under pressure.

• Valid driver's license and automobile insurance required.

• Proficient in computer skills, including MS Office applications.

• Flexible schedule and willingness to travel up to 50%.

• Must have a credit card with a sufficient credit limit to cover expenses.

• Personal vehicle required.

• Comfortable driving daily to meet prospects across the region.

• Experience in franchise sales is advantageous.

• Bachelor's degree is preferred.
