This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Take ownership of daily performance for a designated region.
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients, contractors, and property owners.
• Oversee contractor performance and carry out regular coaching to ensure compliance with Service Level Agreements.
• Collaborate with contractors and internal partners to ensure adequate regional staffing and coverage.
• Conduct regular check-ins with contractors to review ongoing claims and tackle any challenges.
• Guarantee that assignments are managed efficiently and uniformly.
• Organize and facilitate in-person regional meetings with contractors and key stakeholders.
• Travel approximately 40%-50% across the Dallas/Fort Worth region to meet with homeowners and contractors.
• Address and resolve issues and disputes between property owners, clients, and contractors.
• Participate in regional industry events and conferences to enhance brand visibility and assist in contractor recruitment.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless operations.
• BA/BS degree or equivalent professional experience.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in contractor or vendor management, construction, reconstruction, property claims, or insurance.
• A valid driver’s license is required.
• Willingness to travel 40%-50% within the assigned region, including potential overnight stays.
• Previous experience with roofing, windows, siding, and/or water mitigation; adjusting or contracting experience is preferred.
• Thorough understanding of residential or commercial construction practices.
• Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution capabilities with a customer-centric approach.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with claims and estimating systems is advantageous.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting while remaining accountable and responsive.
• High ethical standards with a commitment to integrity and confidentiality.
• Capability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders simultaneously.
• Consistent and reliable attendance is essential.
• Proficient with Microsoft tools, laptops, tablets, and applications.
• Access to reliable high-speed home broadband internet with a minimum of 10 Mbps download and 1 Mbps upload speeds.
• Ability to connect to home internet via an ethernet cable when working remotely.
