Regional Technical Specialist, Dental

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Act as the primary technical authority for intricate product, application, and system challenges throughout the APAC region.

• Offer both remote and on-site technical assistance, troubleshooting, and corrective measures for customers and channel partners.

• Lead investigations into root causes and ensure the prompt resolution of escalated technical issues.

• Assist in strategic customer installations and significant account rollouts.

• Provide technical training to customers, distributors, and service partners.

• Serve as the technical lead for regional distributors and channel partners.

• Enhance partner technical skills through coaching, training, and continuous support.

• Maintain consistent service quality in accordance with Stratasys technical standards.

• Support partners in enhancing customer support effectiveness and operational excellence.

• Cultivate expertise in Stratasys technologies, applications, materials, and workflows.

• Aid customers in maximizing their utilization of Stratasys solutions and applications.

• Work alongside cross-functional teams to enhance product performance and customer satisfaction.

• Engage in new product launches, beta programs, and technical initiatives across the region.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.

• At least 5 years of experience in technical support, field service, application engineering, or customer support within a technology-focused environment.

• Strong capabilities in troubleshooting and problem-solving.

• Excellent communication skills and adept at managing stakeholder relationships.

• Ability to work autonomously while effectively collaborating with global teams.

• Business-level proficiency in English.

• Preferred: Experience in the Dental, Medical Device, Additive Manufacturing, or 3D Printing sectors.

• Preferred: Knowledge of multidisciplinary systems that include hardware, software, electronics, networking, and materials.

• Preferred: Experience in delivering technical training and customer enablement programs.

• Preferred: Familiarity with industrial or professional 3D printing technologies.
