Regional Technical Manager – APAC

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Provide support to customers, distributors, and sales teams throughout the APAC region.

• Analyze field issues and propose practical, technically viable solutions.

• Engage species leaders or relevant experts as necessary.

• Attend customer meetings, farm visits, technical training sessions, and industry events.

• Articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and commercial audiences.

• Design and oversee field trials, technical evaluations, and biomonitoring initiatives.

• Establish project goals, protocols, and criteria for success.

• Analyze technical and performance data and convey findings clearly.

• Transform project outcomes into actionable recommendations, case studies, and internal knowledge.

• Enhance product positioning by aligning scientific evidence with customer requirements.

• Assist sales teams in conveying the value of Innovad Group's solutions beyond mere pricing.

• Support strategic customers, product launches, and regional commercial prospects.

• Identify the need for additional evidence, expertise, or alternative technical methods.

• Cultivate relationships with universities, key opinion leaders, and technical partners.

• Recognize opportunities for research, collaboration, and evidence generation.

• Work collaboratively with local teams, species leaders, marketing, product management, R&D, and colleagues from other regions.

• Promote the sharing of information, experiences, and technical insights throughout APAC and the broader organization.

• Enhance Innovad Group's credibility with customers through relevant technical initiatives.

• Communicate the technical and practical advantages of Innovad Group's solutions.

• Build trust with local teams and foster open information exchange across the region.

• Connect APAC with species leaders, technical experts, and colleagues globally.
