This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Belgium.
• Drive the success of customers and promote the technical adoption of Axon products and solutions tailored for public safety and related sectors within the region.
• Establish yourself as the primary technical authority within the Axon ecosystem, maintaining an in-depth understanding of both current and future product implementations.
• Act as the technical intermediary between Axon, clients, and key delivery partners.
• Ensure thorough follow-up on all customer inquiries.
• Collaborate with the sales team to assist current customers effectively.
• Oversee ticket management and RMAs with internal teams throughout the issue resolution and adoption process.
• Organize and schedule regular communication with existing customers.
• Prioritize customer loyalty.
• Proactively recommend creative solutions to enhance customer success with Axon products.
• Facilitate the integration of Axon products with the existing platforms of customers.
• Conduct installation and commissioning activities.
• Be prepared to travel nationally and internationally up to approximately 40% of the time.
• Proficient in both Dutch and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Focused on strategically managing customer success and adoption.
• Driven by a mission-oriented mindset, highly motivated, and committed to executing tasks effectively.
• Strong technical background, including a working knowledge of enterprise networking concepts such as TCP/IP, routing, switching, DNS, DHCP, VPNs, firewalls, and troubleshooting connectivity issues.
• Familiarity with SaaS platforms, cloud applications, APIs, identity management, authentication, and enterprise software administration.
• Understanding of Windows environments, Active Directory / Entra ID, and concepts related to enterprise endpoint management.
• Knowledge of integration patterns, system interoperability, and enterprise application ecosystems.
• Proficient in technical troubleshooting across software, networking, configuration, and infrastructure domains.
• Eligibility to reside legally in the territory and travel to other countries as necessary, potentially securing personal work and travel visas.
• Ability to collaborate with all levels of the organization and foster strong partnerships.
• Competence in MS Office, CRM systems, and collaboration tools such as Salesforce and Trello.
