This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• The primary duty involves overseeing and managing the Personal Financial Counselors (PFC).

• Provides weekly guidance on financial management services and administrative matters.

• Ensures consistency in service delivery and guarantees program adherence to DoD standards.

• Acts as a liaison with the Points of Contact (POCs) for the installations supported by their team.

• Evaluates contract deliverables and reports for precision and adherence to compliance.

• Conducts regular check-ins with PFCs and creates narrative summaries.

• Oversees the execution of new or updated PFC and company policies and procedures.

• Monitors PFC interactions with service members, family members, POCs, PFC colleagues, and community resource representatives.

• Provides oversight for PFC counseling to ensure counselors are attuned to the unique needs of service members and their families.

• Directs the delivery of services, including financial management assistance, financial counseling, educational workshops, and consultations with base and installation commands.

• Screens for and assists in reporting any conflict of interest incidents.

• Coordinates and communicates with PFCs to ensure compliance with federally mandated disclosures.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree is mandatory.

• At least 5 years of financial counseling experience post-certification.

• A minimum of 2 years in documentation, oversight, management, and supervisory roles.

• Current counseling competence and certification are required.

• U.S. citizenship and fluency in English are essential.

• Must be eligible to obtain a Tier 2 Clearance.

• Must be able to successfully complete the Congressionally Mandated Disclosures for Organizational Conflicts of Interest (OCI) process.

• Must possess one of the following active certifications: Accredited Financial Counselor (AFC), Certified Financial Planner (CFP), or Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC).
