This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Implement Fujifilm's account management strategy within a designated dealer territory.
• Spearhead the launch of new products, seasonal sales contests, trade-in initiatives, and promotional campaigns.
• Evaluate dealer inventory, sales metrics, and market trends to enhance product assortment and identify growth prospects.
• Track territory performance against key performance indicators (KPIs) and formulate action plans.
• Produce dealer-specific performance reports and deliver insights to sales leadership.
• Cultivate strategic relationships with key accounts through consistent communication and customized growth strategies.
• Formulate partnership plans with high-potential accounts.
• Examine ordering behaviors and inventory levels to assist in product mix optimization and forecasting.
• Oversee dealer onboarding, training, and implementation for GFX System, X-Series, and binocular products.
• Collaborate with the Field Product Technical Expert to ensure uniform messaging and conduct post-launch follow-ups.
• Manage the placement of display units, point-of-sale materials, space allocation, and product placement strategies.
• Work with dealers on marketing initiatives, co-op advertising, and promotional activities.
• Analyze sell-through statistics and develop strategies for slow-moving inventory.
• Support trade-in/trade-up, employee purchase, and rental programs.
• Organize customer-facing events, product demonstrations, and training for dealer staff.
• Encourage participation in sales contests and incentive programs.
• Collaborate with technical marketing teams and sales leadership on product feedback, positioning, and strategies.
• Maintain precise CRM records and provide reports on territory and program performance.
• Oversee travel arrangements, scheduling, and expense reporting.
• Engage in sales meetings, training sessions, and strategic planning activities.
• Extensive knowledge of photography principles and techniques.
• 5–7 years of account management or sales experience, ideally in retail partnerships.
• Proven success in managing intricate account portfolios with measurable results.
• Strong analytical capabilities and the ability to interpret sales data and market trends.
• Experience in managing a variety of stakeholder groups.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for interactions with dealers and executives.
• Demonstrated self-motivation, persistence, and goal-oriented mindset.
• Videography experience is preferred.
• Experience with CRM systems is desirable; HubSpot is preferred.
• Familiarity with Notion and Slack is a plus.
• Background in photography, optics, consumer electronics, or imaging industries is preferred.
• Experience in channel partner management or distributor relations is desirable.
• Understanding of independent retail business models and the camera or optics market is preferred.
• Experience with sell-in and sell-through strategies is advantageous.
• Knowledge of competitive landscape analysis and market positioning is preferred.
• Project management experience with cross-functional teams is desirable.
