Regional Staffing Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Formulate and execute strategic staffing plans for each market during routine planning cycles

• Establish weekly staffing goals for drivers and warehouse personnel and modify internal labor capacity according to demand

• Evaluate workforce performance trends through dashboards and historical data analysis

• Recognize opportunities for efficiency enhancements and cost reductions, providing recommendations to leadership

• Lead regular labor planning meetings with market leaders

• Collaborate weekly with Talent Acquisition regarding staffing goals and hiring needs

• Bring any staffing performance issues to the attention of regional leadership

• Generate reports and documentation for the Monthly Operation Review (MOR)

• Prepare performance analysis reports on key labor metrics and reasons for variance

• Carry out additional duties as assigned

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in Supply Chain, Workforce Management, or a related field

• Demonstrated capability to create project plans, facilitate cross-functional discussions, and work collaboratively with stakeholders across various business units

• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and formulas, as well as proficiency in PowerPoint and Word

• Experience in analyzing workforce or supply chain data and delivering actionable insights to leadership

• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilities

• Competence in preparing PowerPoint presentations for higher-level leadership communication

• Capability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced setting

• Willingness to travel up to 25%

• Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, Economics, or a related Business degree, or 5 years of relevant experience leading operational teams in a fast-paced production environment

• Preferred familiarity with Workforce Management systems and forecasting tools like Kronos and Blue Yonder

• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Sigma, or similar platforms

• Basic knowledge of SQL

• Knowledge of BI tools such as Power BI and Looker, along with advanced Excel functions, is a plus
