Regional Service Sales Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Connecticut, +4 more states.

📋 Description

• Lead the generation, qualification, and sales of service contracts to both new and existing clients.

• Onboard, train, and mentor newly recruited representatives.

• Foster positive relationships with local sales representatives and customers within a designated geographic area.

• Cultivate new accounts while nurturing relationships with the existing customer base.

• Create and implement plans, processes, and strategies aimed at enhancing customer service, boosting service revenue, and increasing RMR.

• Provide forecasts for the team and achieve annual sales targets for service contracts and T&M growth.

• Maintain up-to-date technical product knowledge, sales techniques, and awareness of market trends.

• Discover innovative methods to promote new business opportunities.

• Work collaboratively with local and regional branch operations and sales teams to ensure customer satisfaction and engagement.

• Develop and utilize training materials for the sales team.

• Utilize marketing, sales, business development, and cross-business networking to surpass sales objectives.

• Travel approximately 30% within an assigned geographic area.


⛳️ Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in field-based sales/account management.

• A valid state driver’s license without any restrictions.

• Exceptional interpersonal and organizational abilities.

• Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills.

• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals.

• Strong problem-solving capabilities.

• Competitive drive and determination to achieve and exceed challenging sales targets.

• Familiarity with SAP.

• Background in outside sales.

• Experience with Salesforce.com (SFDC).

• A viable contact list of decision-makers.

• Proficient in MS Office and other standard workplace applications.

• Strong leadership skills in situational and change-management contexts.

• Experience in leading sales teams in a highly competitive market.
