Regional Service Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Act as the main field representative between Gibraltar, retail partners, and customers within a designated territory.

• Implement regional business strategies that align with the company’s growth goals.

• Spot market opportunities, competitive challenges, and operational enhancements.

• Conduct market research and analysis while collecting feedback from customers and consumers.

• Keep precise records of store visits and merchandising audits.

• Carry out regular store visits to assess merchandising standards.

• Evaluate product placement, signage, pricing, and compliance with planograms.

• Identify and report instances of out-of-stock items and space erosion.

• Foster relationships with store managers, department heads, merchandising supervisors, and district leadership.

• Train and mentor retail teams on Gibraltar’s merchandising standards, product knowledge, and best practices.

• Assess product category merchandising and report on the upkeep of standards and expectations.

• Collaborate with THD OSRs to inform them about Gibraltar’s product portfolio.

• Support retail teams in comprehending product features and customer advantages.

• Monitor sales trends and suggest corrective actions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field is preferred.

• 1 to 3 years of relevant sales experience; experience with Home Depot is preferred.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.

• Strong organizational and time management abilities are required.

• Demonstrated capacity to analyze markets and competitive trends.

• Ability to operate with a strong sense of urgency and personal initiative.

• Capable of responding to multiple deadlines while ensuring coordination and communication with colleagues and staff.

• Deep commitment to quality, follow-through, and meticulous attention to detail.

• Willingness to travel up to 70% of the time.
