This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Supervise and assist Service Managers and technicians in their daily operations within a designated region.

• Create and implement operational procedures and guidelines for customer repair orders, installations, and preventive maintenance visits.

• Ensure that work is carried out in a professional and timely manner while maintaining strong profit margins.

• Provide direction and support to Service Managers and technicians to achieve operational excellence.

• Oversee training processes and uphold company policies and procedures.

• Establish goals and objectives for Service Managers and technicians to fulfill current and future service demands.

• Maintain service billing efficiency at or above 75%.

• Measure and enhance technician utilization to at least 85%.

• Resolve service and warranty issues promptly.

• Analyze and ensure the profitability of planned maintenance programs.

• Ensure that training targets are met and sustained.

• Escalate issues with key customers and collaborate with customer groups to address service requirements.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent years of experience required.

• Equivalent years of experience are defined as one year of professional experience for each year of college requested.

• A minimum of 4 years of progressive experience in field service or operations.

• Prior experience with material handling or similar equipment is preferred.

• Strong communication, planning, negotiating, troubleshooting, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

• Experience in leading and managing teams while exhibiting a flexible and adaptable work style.

• Advanced interpersonal and people management skills, including strong written and verbal communication abilities.

• Capability to solve problems independently as well as in team settings.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with strong skills in PowerPoint and Excel preferred.

• Expected to travel approximately 50%-75%.
