This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Identify, qualify, and cultivate new business opportunities.

• Develop a regionally focused pipeline and progress opportunities to closure.

• Spearhead competitive conversions and new site activations in collaboration with Sales Leadership.

• Conduct evaluations, demonstrations, and trials with the necessary Clinical support.

• Communicate clinical and economic value propositions to EP physicians, lab personnel, service line leaders, supply chain teams, and administrators.

• Implement account and territory strategies that align with regional objectives.

• Share responsibility for target accounts alongside the Territory Manager.

• Independently manage assigned development and tactical accounts.

• Coordinate resources across various facilities and synchronize cross-functional teams.

• Maintain fluency in the EP market and stay informed about current product and clinical literature.

• Evaluate account and market data to prioritize targets and ensure accurate forecasting.

• Keep precise records in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.

• Conduct business in compliance with J&J/HCC policies, legal requirements, and hospital credentialing standards.

• Offer expert consulting, technical, and clinical product support to healthcare providers.

• Promote the adoption of the CARTO® 3 System and other JJMT EP products.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in healthcare or business-to-business (B2B) sales.

• A minimum of 2 years of successful sales experience, preferably in medical devices or healthcare.

• Proven track record in prospecting, account development, and achieving sales targets.

• Capability to address product inquiries and objections utilizing structured sales techniques.

• Strong communication skills with both clinical and administrative stakeholders.

• Effective collaboration abilities with cross-functional teams.

• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and CRM applications.

• Strong organizational and administrative skills.

• Valid driver's license required.

• Must meet hospital credentialing and travel obligations.

• Expected to travel approximately 80% within assigned region, including overnight stays and occasional weekends.

• Ability to work flexible hours according to customer and patient needs.

• Capability to sit for prolonged periods, work in a hospital laboratory environment, attend live patient cases, and wear protective equipment.
