
Regional Sales Representative β Life Sciences

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado, +2 more states.
β’ Formulate and execute strategic business plans aimed at achieving or surpassing quarterly and yearly sales objectives.
β’ Focus on high-value opportunities while actively managing territory performance.
β’ Conduct comprehensive discovery sessions to grasp client requirements and propose customized solutions.
β’ Maintain an in-depth understanding of product lines, applications, and competitive advantages.
β’ Oversee all stages of the sales process, including prospecting, lead qualification, quoting, negotiation, closing, and post-sale follow-up.
β’ Keep precise and timely records in Salesforce.com.
β’ Utilize Power BI to evaluate territory performance, forecast revenue, and facilitate data-informed decision-making.
β’ Identify opportunities in environmental monitoring projects, outline project scope, and collaborate with the Project Team to create precise quotes.
β’ Collaborate closely with Projects, Service, and Marketing teams to ensure smooth project execution and address client concerns.
β’ Create case studies and develop technical materials.
β’ Represent the company at trade shows and industry events.
β’ Travel 50β80% to manage the assigned region and cultivate a robust local network.
β’ Assess internal processes and contribute to operational excellence and efficiency.
β’ Manage an established client base across Arkansas, Tennessee, Louisiana, Georgia, Florida, Mississippi, Alabama, Virginia, North Carolina, and South Carolina.
β’ A bachelorβs degree, ideally in a technical, engineering, or life sciences field.
β’ 3β5 years of direct B2B sales experience in capital equipment, preferably in the pharmaceutical, biotech, medical device, or cleanroom manufacturing sectors.
β’ Strong technical skills with the ability to convert complex product features into client-centric solutions.
β’ Residency within the assigned territory (North Carolina and Florida strongly preferred).
β’ Openness to travel 50β80% across Arkansas, Tennessee, Louisiana, Georgia, Florida, Mississippi, Alabama, Virginia, North Carolina, and South Carolina.
β’ Proficient in sales methodologies (e.g., Miller Heiman, Korn Ferry), CRM tools (Salesforce.com), and the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
β’ Demonstrated ability to autonomously manage a remote territory with excellent organizational and time-management skills.
β’ Outstanding analytical, negotiation, and consultative selling abilities.
β’ Strong written and verbal communication skills, coupled with a customer-first approach.
β’ Knowledge of sterile pharmaceutical regulations (cGMP, FDA, USP, ISO standards).
β’ Familiarity with industry organizations such as PDA, ISPE, IEST, and ASTM.
β’ Experience in a remote home-office setting with a high level of self-discipline.
β’ Proven track record of managing complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders from discovery to delivery and invoicing.
β’ Ability to sit, stand, and use a computer for prolonged periods.
β’ Occasional lifting of up to 20 lbs. may be necessary.
β’ This position is eligible for commission.
