Regional Sales Officer – HOA Community Banking

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Propel the expansion of Community Association Banking regional portfolios.

• Market and provide support for Homeowners Association products and services to both new and existing clients.

• Cultivate impactful relationships with clients and bankers to create sales opportunities.

• Engage in CAI chapters and industry-related events.

• Identify prospects within the Association sector and deliver presentations to potential clients.

• Stay informed about banking products, services, industry developments, and market trends.

• Regularly visit existing clients, at least once a month, to address lockbox and other technical and service-related issues.

• Recognize opportunities to cross-sell banking products and services.

• Provide and engage in innovative solutions to fulfill customer needs.

• Manage relationships with customers and prospects, referring to sales partners or associates when necessary.

• Attend and contribute to HOA staff meetings.

• Collaborate with internal business partners to establish customer accounts, complete necessary paperwork, and submit payment, loan, and new account packages.

• Ensure adherence to banking policies, practices, and regulatory requirements.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree and 6 years of experience in Financial Services, including Community Association Banking, OR a High School Diploma or GED with 10 years of experience in Financial Services, including Community Association Banking.

• Understanding of banking products and services.

• Familiarity with the industry and market areas served.

• Capability to sell HOA products and services, generating deposit, loan, and payment relationships.

• Proficiency in developing prospects and delivering presentations to potential customers.

• Skill in developing and managing relationships with clients and bankers.

• Ability to ensure compliance with banking policies, practices, and regulatory requirements.
