Community Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +16 more locations.

📋 Description

• Expand and enhance Jerry's organic footprint across platforms such as Reddit, Quora, YouTube, and TikTok.

• Create a tailored engagement playbook specific to Jerry's community.

• Cultivate Jerry’s subreddits into vibrant and trusted communities.

• Develop a scalable content and engagement strategy, utilizing AI where beneficial.

• Work in collaboration with the Growth and Content teams to ensure consistency across channels.

• Assess sentiment, share of voice, referral traffic, and how LLMs cite sources.

• Represent Jerry authentically, fostering trust with both current and prospective users.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience in community management or organic social media.

• Preferably has experience in fintech, insurtech, or other consumer-oriented and/or regulated sectors.

• Proficient in platform-specific writing styles for Reddit, TikTok, and Quora.

• Knowledgeable about SEO and the citation practices of LLMs.

• Demonstrated ability to transform mundane or high-pressure topics into engaging, authentic content that resonates.

• Must currently reside in AZ, CA, CO, FL, GA, IL, MA, NC, NJ, NV, NY, OR, TN, TX, UT, VA, or Ontario, Canada.

• Must have legal authorization to work in the U.S. or Canada.
