Regional Sales Manager – UK, Ireland, Nordics

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany, +2 more countries.

📋 Description

• Surpass quarterly and annual revenue targets across the UK, Ireland, and the Nordics.

• Build, oversee, and maintain a robust and high-quality regional pipeline.

• Drive new customer acquisition within the Financial Services, Government, and Critical Infrastructure sectors.

• Enhance existing accounts through upselling and cross-selling opportunities in collaboration with the CAM team.

• Cultivate strategic Channel Partners in the designated regions.

• Engage with senior security executives, including CISOs, SOCs, and CERTs.

• Position VMRay as a reliable partner for advanced threat detection solutions.

• Utilize solution-selling and consultative sales approaches.

• Collaborate effectively with Sales Engineering, Marketing, Customer Success, and Channel Partners.

• Represent VMRay at industry events, conferences, and client meetings.

• Use local market expertise and networks to uncover new opportunities.

• Attend prospect meetings, industry functions, association events, and conferences.

• Willingness to travel 30–40% of the time.


⛳️ Requirements

• Ambitious and strategic enterprise hunter with a strong emphasis on the UK, Ireland, and Nordics markets.

• Several years of demonstrated experience in the cybersecurity field.

• Solid understanding of the cybersecurity SaaS and threat detection landscape.

• Proven history of consistently surpassing sales targets in cybersecurity SaaS.

• Experience in navigating large enterprise and government accounts.

• Proficient in managing complex buying cycles and closing high-value deals.

• Background in selling cybersecurity and/or threat detection solutions to CISOs, SOC Managers, CTI teams, and MSSPs.

• Resilient, resourceful, and driven by opportunities.

• Highly organized, self-motivated, results-oriented, and collaborative.

• Integrity and high energy are essential.

• Excellent verbal and written communication proficiency.

• Fluent in English.

• Practical experience with Salesforce.com, Sales Navigator, Outreach, and ZoomInfo.

• Ability to travel at least 30–40% of the time.
