Regional Sales Manager – Tennessee / Carolinas

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Lead and oversee Clinical Account Specialists in recognizing customer needs.

• Mentor specialists and supervise their training.

• Execute people management processes for Clinical Account Specialists.

• Create and supply resources for customer teams to meet customer needs.

• Assist healthcare providers and systems by offering clinical and educational information, training programs, and resources.

• Travel is required 75% of the time.

⛳️ Requirements

• Candidates must reside within the territories of North and South Carolina and Tennessee.

• A BA/BS degree or equivalent experience is necessary.

• Prior experience in Field Sales Management is required.

• Experience collaborating with key thought leaders or influential customers in large group practices, hospitals, or managed care organizations is essential.

• Background in Marketing, Managed Care, or Sales support roles within the pharmaceutical industry is preferred.

• Ability to build relationships and networks within a customer organization is crucial.

• Strong leadership skills with experience guiding teams through change and new challenges.

• Proficient in situational coaching and possesses emotional intelligence.

• Self-motivated individual comfortable navigating and leading a team through uncertainty.

• Capability to communicate with boldness and transparency.

• Customer-focused mindset with an understanding of customer objectives.

• Proven account planning and management skills.

• Strong collaboration abilities with extended teams.

• A minimum of six years of sales experience OR at least 10 years of equivalent experience without a degree.

• Preferably at least four years of experience in the pharmaceutical, biotech, healthcare, or medical device sectors.

• Must be a resident of the US or Puerto Rico.

• Must fulfill applicable travel and credentialing requirements, including necessary vaccination prerequisites.

• A valid driving license is required for the field listed.
