Regional Sales Manager, SLED

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.

📋 Description

• Develop and implement a territory strategy to consistently surpass sales targets within the SLED sector.

• Manage the complete sales process, from initial outreach to finalizing complex deals involving multiple stakeholders.

• Build and maintain relationships across various purchasing departments within large multinational corporations.

• Drive sales opportunities utilizing MEDDICC/MEDDPIC or comparable structured sales methodologies.

• Clearly communicate Cribl’s value proposition to both technical engineers and C-level executives.

• Focus on customer success and serve as a trusted advisor throughout the sales journey.

• Collaborate with teams across pre-sales, product, and marketing to secure high-value opportunities.

• Occasionally work outside of standard hours to accommodate engagements across different time zones.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of demonstrated success in strategic and complex sales environments.

• Proven capability to prospect, develop pipelines, and independently generate enterprise opportunities.

• A history of securing and expanding 7-figure deals within the SLED sector.

• Experience managing lengthy sales cycles with multiple purchasing departments and executive stakeholders.

• Proficient in selling complex technology products to both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Familiarity with MEDDICC/MEDDPIC or other structured sales methodologies is essential.

• Ability to create and present a compelling business case effectively.

• Track record of selling un-budgeted solutions and achieving wins based on value propositions.

• Experience with partner sales or channel-led strategies is advantageous.

• An average tenure of 2+ years in recent positions.

• Experience in selling large and intricate deals within the SLED sector in the Ohio Valley Region.
