
Regional Sales Manager – Med Aesthetics

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Propel the sales of Nextech’s specialized healthcare technology solutions to designated physician markets, primarily targeting practices with one to two doctors.
• Oversee the entire sales cycle within the 1-2 physician specialty market segment.
• Achieve or surpass quarterly and annual sales targets and performance indicators.
• Identify and assess prospective client needs.
• Cultivate relationships with prospects, clients, and internal teams.
• Conduct virtual and in-person product demonstrations for physicians, administrators, and staff.
• Manage both inbound and self-generated lead pipelines while following up with prospects.
• Travel overnight to designated territories as required.
• Prepare and present customized pricing proposals and ROI calculations.
• Negotiate contract terms in accordance with Nextech guidelines.
• Complete necessary documentation for implementation, support, and account management.
• Assist clients during implementation and go-live phases, transitioning them to the Client Success Manager.
• Utilize Salesforce to manage leads, track actions, and provide monthly and quarterly forecasts.
• Monitor competitor products and industry trends.
• Adhere to relevant EEO, HIPAA, ERISA, and other regulations.
• Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in software sales.
• Established background in business development and managing full-cycle sales processes, or extensive experience within a healthcare practice in specialties such as plastic surgery or dermatology.
• Strong relationship management capabilities with a customer-first mindset.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales objectives.
• Professional demeanor in phone, virtual, and face-to-face meetings.
• Excellent listening skills with the ability to effectively address objections.
• Collaborative attitude with a strong capacity to partner with peers, prospects, and clients.
• Positive outlook, accountability for actions, adaptability to change, and a solutions-oriented approach.
• Willingness and capability to travel 30-40% for trade shows, practice visits, and offsite meetings.
• Ability to travel via commercial airlines and rental vehicles as necessary.
• A bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Experience in a healthcare practice environment is preferred.
