This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop an extensive network of new logo opportunities within the employer market
• Execute strategies designed to secure both short- and long-term revenue streams
• Arrange meetings with prospective clients through both inbound and outbound lead generation
• Represent WellRight at trade shows and networking events
• Oversee the sales pipeline, advancing prospects from initial lead to final close
• Maintain high conversion rates while thoroughly qualifying potential clients
• Possess a strong understanding of the Corporate Health & Wellbeing sector
• Cultivate consultative, collaborative, and impactful client relationships
• Accurately utilize and report in Salesforce CRM
• Leverage sales tools and technologies for daily business functions
• Stay informed about internal processes and policies
• Conduct weekly personal forecasting
• Collaborate with the broader sales team to meet sales objectives
• Acquire new logos and revenue, primarily targeting Mid-Market to Enterprise-level businesses
• At least 7+ years of sales experience
• Preferred experience in the digital healthcare, wellness, and/or employer benefits sectors
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
• Exceptional interpersonal, writing, communication, and presentation skills
• SaaS or industry-specific experience is advantageous
• Demonstrated negotiation capabilities
• Experience in sales forecasting for diverse audiences
• Proven track record of achieving results and meeting sales goals
• Clear, effective, and confident communication with clients at various organizational levels
• Willingness to travel up to 40% across multiple U.S. states
• Proven ability to take initiative on various tasks and projects
• Proficient in managing project deadlines and prioritizing tasks efficiently
• Open to constructive feedback and committed to collaborative continuous learning
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Focused on delivering outstanding project outcomes
