This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Nebraska.
• Design and implement strategies to meet sales objectives within the designated territory.
• Retain existing customers and expand dealer accounts annually.
• Establish new dealer accounts and introduce them to SOURCE and BLUEPRINT.
• Identify sales opportunities and link customers to value-added solutions.
• Create and maintain precise forecasts and account plans in collaboration with sales leadership.
• Provide training to dealers on new products and programs.
• Enhance grower awareness through collaborative selling, trade shows, and meetings.
• Deliver on-farm presence and support after the sale.
• Oversee selling expenses, operational budgets, and marketing funds within established guidelines.
• Utilize Salesforce to monitor activities and capture feedback from customers and dealers.
• Collaborate across departments to address customer complaints.
• Report directly to the Director of Field Sales.
• Applicants without experience in agricultural sales (inputs, equipment, etc.) will not be considered.
• Proven history of exceeding sales quotas and consistently ranking among the top sales performers.
• Experience in selling new product lines that create new market opportunities.
• Demonstrated experience in retail, B2B, or field sales, including account management and direct agronomic experience.
• Strong skills in business development, prospecting, and acquiring new business.
• Ability to create and present compelling customer presentations.
• Capacity to coordinate internal resources and collaborate with extended team members, including Account Executives, Business Development, Sales Agronomy, and Customer Experience/Service.
• A passion for agriculture and a solid understanding of the agriculture inputs market.
• Ability to comprehend business financials and the relationships between price and volume.
• Effectiveness in building strong relationships in person, over the phone, and via video conferencing.
• Strong familiarity with Google Suite, Salesforce, and/or other CRM systems.
• Experience in customer support that enhances customer satisfaction, adoption, and retention.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States.
