This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee the designated geographic and account regional territory for Hughes Safety Showers NA.
• Conduct direct sales activities targeting both existing and potential customers.
• Meet with clients and implement daily call cycle management utilizing traditional and consultative sales approaches.
• Launch and coordinate strategic action plans to enter new markets via cold calling, company registrations, and standards development.
• Secure new accounts and expand into new markets.
• Develop and execute a regional sales strategy encompassing Regional Manager and Account Manager responsibilities.
• Cultivate relationships with existing customers while introducing new clients to Hughes products.
• Engage with key accounts and representatives to promote new product offerings.
• Create presentations, proposals, and sales agreements.
• Offer timely, precise, and competitive pricing while ensuring maximum profit margins.
• Keep accurate records of pricing, sales, and activities.
• Participate in seminars, trade shows, telemarketing events, and various marketing initiatives.
• Report directly to the Senior General Manager.
• A Bachelor's degree and five years of experience is preferred.
• Demonstrated experience in sales and sales management.
• Experience collaborating in a team setting, ideally within a small to medium-sized company.
• Proven track record in managing existing customers and attracting new ones.
• Evidence of achieving performance targets and leadership in project management.
• Ability to navigate diverse work environments, including customer sites, offices, and manufacturing facilities.
• Willingness to travel approximately 60–70% of the time.
• Must be based in the Eastern US.
• Basic mathematics and financial reasoning skills are required.
• Proficiency in computer applications, including the Microsoft Office Suite.
