Regional Sales Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Identify new business opportunities and prospects within a specified sales territory

• Reach out to prospects to highlight ISCO’s value-added services

• Document new prospects and sales activities in the ISCO CRM system

• Act as a representative of ISCO in industry, trade, or professional associations

• Investigate solutions to address the needs of prospects and customers

• Convey the benefits of ISCO products and services to prospects and project stakeholders

• Cultivate accounts and strengthen customer relationships

• Establish alliances and partnerships with customers to optimize revenue opportunities

• Enhance customer satisfaction and foster positive business relationships

• Travel within the assigned sales territory

• Generate market analyses and monthly sales expense reports for management review

• Oversee sales preparations and manage interactions with the inside sales team

• Research and develop presentations and reports for sales meetings

• Make informed decisions and negotiate pricing for sales initiatives

• Execute other responsibilities as assigned by the Director of Sales

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) from a four-year college or university; or one to two years of relevant experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience

• Capacity to perform each essential duty effectively

• Knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary to carry out essential functions

• Willingness to travel within the specified sales territory

• Proficiency in researching solutions utilizing available sales tools

• Competence in preparing presentations and reports for sales meetings

• Ability to make decisions and negotiate pricing effectively

• Capability to collaborate as a team member with the inside sales group
