Regional Sales Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Utah.

📋 Description

• Create and execute sales strategies to inspire and assist independent agents and agencies in promoting insurance products and expanding their business portfolios.

• Attract and retain a network of agents.

• Manage a designated territory.

• Participate in and travel to carrier, medical group, recruiting, and AEP readiness events across the nation.

• Build and sustain relationships with agents and agencies within the territory.

• Establish a local presence for the organization.

• Drive sales growth in the territory.

• Oversee broker relationships to ensure effective returns on marketing investments.

• Recruit agents and agencies.

• Develop and nurture partnerships with carriers and medical groups.

• Conduct informational recruiting and training seminars for existing and potential agents.

• Attend and facilitate designated and approved CE courses.

• Achieve or surpass monthly sales targets.

• Utilize internal systems to document and monitor agent interactions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Capability to establish and maintain professional relationships.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Word and Excel.

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Strong presentation and communication abilities.

• Willingness to travel 50% of the time.

• Capacity to carry up to 40 lbs and perform movements such as bending and lifting as required.
