This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Supervise and enhance sales operations throughout the Southeast U.S. region.
• Propel sales of the Weholite product range along with the complete line of pipe products via distribution networks and direct customer interaction.
• Cultivate relationships with current distributors while establishing new accounts.
• Facilitate project coordination, market advancement, and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Manage, grow, and optimize business with existing distributors while fostering ties with new partners.
• Stimulate sales growth through strategic pricing, freight considerations, product knowledge seminars, and promotional activities.
• Recognize and develop new sales prospects to achieve and surpass revenue goals.
• Build and sustain robust customer relationships, providing value-added solutions.
• Supply market intelligence to senior management through sales forecasts, bi-weekly conference calls, and monthly reporting.
• Attend and represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and industry exhibitions.
• Coordinate product delivery and project execution in collaboration with customers and manufacturing teams.
• Collaborate with inside sales and customer service teams to ensure timely quoting, order fulfillment, and customer support.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
• A minimum of 4 years of technical sales experience in the fluid transfer sector (pipes, fittings, valves, or similar).
• Demonstrated success in managing a distribution network and achieving sustained sales growth.
• Experience in leveraging data and market analysis to inform sales strategies.
• Strong negotiation, relationship management, and presentation capabilities.
• Exceptional organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in CRM systems, MS Office Suite, and virtual meeting tools.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% across the Southeast region.
• Self-driven with the ability to work independently in a home office setting.
• Possess a “hunter” mentality and a readiness to learn about product development for approximately 3-6 months.
• Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the country where the position is based.
