This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +1 more state.
• Lead, inspire, and guide a high-performing team of Sales Executives to achieve net new customer acquisition goals.
• Establish objectives, recruit sales representatives, and oversee performance metrics.
• Cultivate and enhance strong, enduring relationships with customers by collaborating with them and understanding their requirements.
• Deliver sales reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.
• Recognize emerging markets and market changes while remaining updated on new products and competitive landscape.
• Ensure Sales Executives complete the entire sales cycle, including international outreach, lead follow-up, proposal drafting, objection handling, and closing deals.
• Follow up on leads generated by the company and self-sourced opportunities from websites, partners, sales teams, trade shows, and marketing initiatives.
• Prepare and follow up on proposals, address objections, and finalize sales to meet quarterly individual sales targets.
• Maintain a robust pipeline to achieve assigned sales quotas and performance metrics.
• Hold yourself and the team accountable to Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Engage in continuous learning through workshops, seminars, and conferences.
• Proven ability to communicate, present, and influence effectively and credibly at all levels within the organization.
• Outstanding mentoring, coaching, and people management capabilities.
• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a business or finance-related field.
• 7-10 years of sales experience, demonstrating a successful track record in achieving sales targets.
• Experience in a B2B SaaS environment.
• Strong proficiency in Salesforce CRM, Hubspot, and other commonly utilized tools within the Sales and Marketing domain is highly preferred.
• Experience in the HR Tech sector: EoR, HCM, or Payroll is desirable.
