This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Formulate and implement sales strategies to meet regional sales goals and enhance market share.
• Establish, nurture, and grow relationships with both new and existing clients.
• Oversee the entire sales process, which includes prospecting, developing solutions, preparing quotations, negotiating, and executing contracts.
• Create technical and commercial proposals in partnership with Engineering and other internal departments.
• Act as the main commercial point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring outstanding customer service throughout the sales process.
• Assess customer requirements and recommend equipment and process solutions tailored to their application needs.
• Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to uncover growth opportunities.
• Generate sales forecasts, maintain CRM activities, and assist in business planning.
• Represent CPM at client locations, trade shows, conferences, and industry events.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Travel within the assigned territory and internationally as necessary.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related discipline, or equivalent industry experience.
• A minimum of 5 years’ experience in selling capital equipment, engineered products, or industrial manufacturing solutions.
• Strong preference for experience in extrusion, plastics compounding, polymer processing, recycling, or related fields.
• Proven track record in selling complex technical solutions and managing extended sales cycles.
• Excellent commercial, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Mechanical aptitude with an understanding of manufacturing processes and technical equipment.
• Established ability to build enduring customer relationships and identify new business prospects.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Self-driven with the capacity to work independently and collaboratively across global teams.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, CRM, and ERP systems.
• Proficiency in English; additional languages are advantageous.
