This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +1 more state.
• Boosts new business sales by cultivating strong, consultative relationships with distributors.
• Creates new business opportunities by utilizing existing connections and performing market analysis.
• Proactively builds and sustains effective relationships with internal stakeholders.
• Observes and reports on competitors to assess Trustmark’s standing in the market.
• Actively engages with Salesforce.com for reporting activities and business needs.
• Delivers monthly updates on pipeline, forecasts, and performance metrics.
• Minimum of 5 years in Voluntary product sales or relevant work experience.
• Consultative sales experience is a must.
• Proficient in generating and analyzing reports to improve sales or customer experience.
• Outstanding oral and written communication skills.
• Demonstrates persistence and patience in fully understanding customer and producer needs.
• Ability to work independently and make sound decisions aligned with divisional goals.
• Exceptional organizational skills.
• Interpersonal effectiveness with a proven track record of establishing and maintaining respectful relationships.
• Competent in operating the entire MS Office Suite.
