This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Lead the Sales Team in adhering to established sales methodologies and best practices.
• Ensure effective utilization of the CRM system.
• Mentor Account Executives on effective prospecting techniques, acquiring new clients, managing key accounts, and maintaining existing accounts.
• Conduct regular assessments of sales call activities, lead follow-ups, prospecting efforts, and the performance of individual Account Executives.
• Assist in addressing personal challenges, competitive outcomes, and opportunities for personal and professional growth.
• Evaluate team members' skill sets and provide continuous coaching and constructive feedback.
• Identify the need for team support and opportunities for territory expansion.
• Engage in recruitment and interviewing processes.
• Guide Sales Team members in nurturing relationships with principals, customers, and channel partners.
• Establish processes to keep Sales Leadership informed about sales activities and progress.
• Serve as an escalation point for customers and channel partners.
• Analyze customer information, pinpoint problem areas, develop relevant solutions, and present these solutions effectively.
• Expand the territory and ensure the Sales Team achieves or surpasses its quota.
• Results-driven mindset with a proven track record of exceeding expectations while leading teams that sell large deals in a rapidly growing startup environment.
• Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate in presentations via telephone and computer with executive-level clients, direct reports, and the Cyera Leadership Team.
• Established understanding of cloud environments, including AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Knowledge of cloud security and data risk management.
• Strong preference for experience in cloud security, data, or AI sales.
• Basic understanding of data security and compliance frameworks, along with their business implications.
• Ability to instruct on identifying new and existing opportunities using basic consultative selling techniques.
• Proven self-starter with a proactive attitude.
• Capacity to manage multiple tasks, projects, and responsibilities simultaneously while adhering to deadlines.
• Familiarity with CRM and opportunity management systems.
• Knowledge of sales support field concepts, practices, and procedures.
• Ability to lead a team and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual quota objectives.
• Experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with the agility to adapt quickly to changing circumstances.
