This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Drive new business sales by forming alliances with key worksite and voluntary benefit distributors
• Stay informed on health care trends and product offerings
• Oversee target account lists and manage the sales pipeline
• Adhere to a thorough sales process that includes marketing initiatives and presentations
• Engage with both external and internal stakeholders throughout the sales journey
• Track and analyze competitor activities
• Use Salesforce.com for reporting activities and measuring performance
• 5 years of experience in Voluntary product sales or a related field
• Required experience in consultative sales
• Proficient in generating and analyzing reports to improve sales or enhance customer experience
• Strong oral and written communication abilities
• Capability to work autonomously and make sound decisions
• Outstanding organizational skills
• Effective interpersonal skills with a proven track record of building and maintaining relationships
• Proficient in using the complete MS Office Suite
