Regional Sales Director

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Hawaii, +3 more states.

📋 Description

• Achieve impressive sales outcomes within the West market targeting the 1,000–9,999 life segment.

• Cultivate and manage relationships within the partnership ecosystem, including benefits brokers, consultants, general agents, and employers.

• Take full responsibility for revenue generation in the territory encompassing OR, ID, MT, and HI.

• Independently manage a quarterly sales quota and ensure its achievement.

• Navigate complex and cross-functional deals with minimal assistance.

• Expand and strengthen the region’s network of brokers and advisors.

• Activate new partnerships while deepening connections with top-performing partners.

• Establish and maintain strategic Gold Advisor relationships.

• Collaborate with Enterprise, AE, CR, and fellow Regional Directors to shape territory strategy.

• Share successful strategies and best practices across the region.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in a role with sales quotas or sales support.

• Familiarity with working alongside benefits brokers and consultants.

• Prior experience in health insurance is highly desirable.

• Exceptional ability to present and communicate a compelling value proposition to external stakeholders.

• Enthusiasm for working in a fast-paced startup environment.

• Commitment to contributing to Garner’s mission of enhancing the healthcare system.

• Engagement with AI tools as an integral part of your work methodology.
